The Most Eminent & Supreme Grand Master Ian L. Hutchinson was re-elected for the ensuing five years.
The Grand Master was pleased to address 115 Brother Knights, the Grand Master thanked the Brother Knights for their confidence, saying when some Brethren who place themselves in situations of propaganda against the different Masonic Orders, one should feel sorry for them as they are unable to help themselves and have to live with their conscience, we as an Order can only shed a tear.
The Grand Master was pleased to announce that two new petitions had been received .
The Annual Meeting of the Grand Encampment meets on the 1st Saturday in October of each year.
The next Annual meeting will be on Saturday 6th October 2012 at 11am.
